We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer who can take ownership of high-quality Flutter mobile applications. You will be part of a multinational team building meaningful digital products used across different countries, languages, and digital contexts.

The Challenge

This is NOT just a "build screens in Flutter" role. You will be working on a mature mobile ecosystem that requires strong architecture, performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability:

• The App: Building and maintaining cross-platform Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• The Architecture: Working with Clean Architecture principles and Bloc/Cubit state management.
• The Experience: Supporting multilingual, accessible, and reliable user experiences across different devices and network conditions.
• The Release: Contributing to app store releases, CI/CD workflows, testing, and production monitoring.

Tech Stack Highlights
Must haves : 

• Mobile: Flutter, Dart, Bloc/Cubit.
• Architecture: Clean Architecture, maintainable code structure, automated testing.
• Integration: REST APIs, Firebase integration, Git, CI/CD basics.

Nice-to-have : 

• Offline-first mobile development
• App Store / Google Play release experience
• Crash reporting and analytics tools such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry
• Multilingual and RTL application support
• Previous experience in nonprofit or mission-driven projects
